Who receives an inquiry

Your inquiry is sent to Decision Systems. We use the details you provide to understand your question and reply.

What the form asks for

Name, organization, email, and a description of your decision are required. Descriptions of available information and the decision deadline are optional. Please do not include sensitive project data, customer records, or confidential documents.

Form entries stay in the open page while you edit. This site does not save draft inquiries to browser storage or a database. Leaving or reloading the page can discard them.

Scheduling examples

The scheduling tools remember your synthetic scenario inputs in this browser so the same plan can continue between the homepage and the full workbench. These inputs are not uploaded. “Replay story” on the homepage clears the saved scenario; clearing this site’s browser storage also removes it.

Inquiry delivery

When you send an inquiry, your browser sends the contact details and message to FormSubmit, which forwards them to the Decision Systems inbox. You leave this site for spam protection and confirmation. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. The inbox provider also processes received correspondence. Read the FormSubmit privacy notice.

Confirmation from the submission service means it has accepted your inquiry for delivery. It does not confirm that the email reached our inbox. The website does not send you an automatic email or add you to a mailing list.

If the form cannot send your message, you can email us directly. Your email provider and ours will process that conversation.

Optional call scheduling

There is no embedded booking calendar on this site. You can arrange a call by email.

Technical processing and abuse prevention

The server handles the technical request information needed to serve pages and process inquiries. Hosting infrastructure may record access or error logs. The application does not intentionally log full inquiry submissions.

The form checks required fields and includes a hidden spam field. FormSubmit provides additional spam protection, including a reCAPTCHA step. Its service and CAPTCHA provider process technical connection information under their own policies.

The site has no analytics integration, advertising pixels, accounts, or application-set cookies. Fonts are served by the website itself. A configured third-party calendar has its own processing, as described above.

Keeping and asking about information

Your messages may remain in our inbox and in the services that deliver them. We do not currently set a fixed retention period for inquiry emails in our inbox. Provider retention rules and any later project agreement also apply.
